We offer free shipping of our products within Germany and Austria, regardless of the order value. Shipping to other EU countries (see shipping countries – please order via this link to ship to EU countries) costs EUR 9.90, while Switzerland is charged CHF 9.90 (orders to Switzerland via this link). The shipping costs are displayed at the checkout during the payment process after the corresponding country has been selected.
For returns that are processed using the returns labels provided by us, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee: EUR 2.90 for shipments from Germany / Austria, EUR 9.90 for shipments from other EU countries and CHF 9.90 for shipments from Switzerland. The credit note issued after successful processing of the return will be reduced by the corresponding amount.
