A complaint is made when the delivered goods are damaged after the package has been opened. In these cases, it is important to know what has happened to the product. Please contact our customer service and send a photo of the damaged product. You will then receive detailed information on how to proceed.

Is there a warranty?

All ROECKL products are subject to high quality standards - only the best materials in handcrafted quality manufacturing are used.
If a product should nevertheless show damage after a short period of time, you can make a claim for the damage free of charge.
The first point of contact for this is always the dealer from whom the product was purchased.
If this is not possible, please contact our customer service with precise purchase details (copy of purchase receipt) and a photo of the damage and a description.
Within the scope of the warranty, only goods with proof of purchase that are clean and have been handled properly can be accepted. Worn gloves cannot be returned. We only accept returns for regular collection items not goods purchased as samples or promotional goods.

My gloves have been damaged through use, can I have them repaired?

ROECKL products are characterized by a long service life.
If your product is damaged, you are welcome to have it repaired in our workshop.
Repair requests are accepted by e-mail by our customer service. Please send us a photo of the damage and a description.

What chargeable repair work is offered?

Have you grown fond of your ROECKL gloves, but the lining is broken or the seams have come loose? No problem!With our fair all-inclusive price, we will reliably repair your gloves, no matter how many seams are open.
For extra comfort, we line the inside of your gloves exclusively with high-quality cashmere - so your hands feel soft and warm. A special wearing sensation of the highest quality.With our glove repair service, we give your faithful companions a second life: sustainable, durable and a lot of fun - for many years to come!
Please note that we can only repair open seams on lambskin, peccary or deerskin gloves.
