  • Working at ROECKL

    The well-being of every employee is very important to the traditional ROECKL company. We strive to create optimal conditions in which everyone can give their best.

    In a familiar working atmosphere, everyone has room for their own ideas. After an intensive induction, they can expect challenging tasks, short decision-making paths and a great deal of personal responsibility. This creates excellent development opportunities.

    ROECKL offers all employees personnel discounts and, if desired, a subsidy for the company pension scheme as well as additional payments for capital-forming benefits.   • Best apprentice in Germany

    Since 2006, the traditional Munich-based company ROECKL has been teaching the craft of fine carpentry and glove making (m/f/d) and has made it a matter close to its heart to teach young people how to make high-quality and fashionable gloves, bags and leather accessories.

    This love of the craft was also evident in the exceptional performance of the young fine handbag maker Maria Rebekka Isabel Regel. She internalized ROECKL's dedication to craftsmanship and the finest materials to such an extent that she graduated as Bavaria's best and also Germany's best.

    "I was very touched that Maria Regel received this award. We are now training Bavaria's best for the 3rd time in a row and are very proud of this. It is part of our family tradition to promote the craft. To experience how such extraordinary talents emerge from this, especially in fast-moving times, is a great gift," explains Annette Roeckl.
