Roeckl Handschuhe & Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter ROECKL), Isartalstraße 49, 80469 Munich, Germany, is conducting a giveaway under the name "Posting Gewinnspiel". The giveaway is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Facebook/ Instagram. Instagram is merely the platform on which ROECKL is organizing the giveaway.

 

The participation in the giveaway is possible from 29.11.2020 to 30.11.2020 at 12:00. The closing time for entries is 12:00 noon on 30.11.2020.

 

Participation is open to people who are at least 18 years old at the time of their participation. Each participant may only enter under his/her own name and by providing complete and truthful information.

 

The competition is organized by ROECKL on the Instagram profile of ROECKL. The task is to post a post from the ROECKL Instagram account (roeckl_official) in your own stories by 12:00 noon on 30.11.2020 and tag @roeckl_official. Any post shared by 12:00 noon on Nov. 30, 2020, that meets the entry requirements will be entered into the giveaway. Participation is only possible online via the Instagram page. To participate in the giveaway, the participant must have a valid Instagram account.

 

Giveaway: In the giveaway, participants can win a prize by posting an answer in the comment thread. The winner of the posting contest will be drawn from all participants.

 

Prize: The drawn winner of the posting giveaway will win a ROECKL Pure Merino scarf and a ROECKL Urban Style beanie, both in forest color, subject to availability.

 

The winner will be notified on 12/01/2020, via direct message. Via Instagram direct message, the winner will receive further information on how to process the prize. ROECKL assumes no liability if, for reasons beyond its control, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission and/or does not reach the winner. Should the winner not respond within 72 hours and accept the prize in writing, a new winner will be drawn in each case. The right to win is not transferable.

 

ROECKL will collect, process, store or otherwise use the customer data received on the occasion of the prize draw only in connection with the processing of the prize draw. For the purpose of processing the prize, ROECKL or a third party commissioned for this purpose is entitled to collect and store the data required for this purpose and to transmit it to the respective cooperation partner, who is also entitled to store the data for the purpose of processing the prize. ROECKL reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. due to manipulation of the competition), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

 

The prize is not transferable. A cash payment of any winnings cannot be made. The legal process is excluded.

 

ROECKL employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation must be made in person. Employees of the agencies commissioned for this competition as well as employees of the participating companies are also excluded from participation. Participation in the competition by third parties, in particular third parties who register individuals commercially with various teleservice providers (registration services or entry services), is not permitted.

 

Participation in the competition is free of charge and not linked to a purchase.

 

As place of jurisdiction, the parties agree on the general place of jurisdiction responsible for ROECKL, as far as this is legally permissible. German law shall apply exclusively. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.

 

ROECKL is the sole operator of the competition and responsible for the prize draw.
